Wildlife

Wildlife

All injured or homeless wildlife are welcome at the Kwinana Veterinary Hospital and will be treated at no cost. If you find injured wildlife, the animal should be placed in a warm dark environment, such as on a towel inside a cardboard box, to keep it warm and safe before bringing it to the hospital. It is important to note the location of where the animal was found (as the goal will be to release in this same spot if possible). Once we have cleared the animal of any health issues they will be passed on to a certified wildlife carer who will prepare and assess them for release back into their natural environment.
